Vendor Partners

Working with top vendors ensures that only the best solutions are considered

Why work with a Vendor Consultant?

KR Communications partners with hundreds of vendors so you don’t have to shop the market. If you’re considering a migration to the Cloud or an integrated telecom/data solution, here are ten reasons you should partner with a supplier-neutral Vendor Consultant, rather than going direct-to-carrier.
Gain access to unlimited supplier options
You’ll get the best supplier options for your company’s needs. We will recommend the optimum telecom and Cloud providers based upon your specific objectives and their strengths.
Secure a single point of contact
Less finger-pointing and fewer headaches for you. When you’ve got a question, concern or issue to resolve, you only need one phone number.
Obtain personalized strategy solution planning
Get strategy and experience from seasoned experts who live and breathe telecom & Cloud integrations. We thoughtfully construct the perfect plan for your company.
Eliminate the pressure of quota-based Supplier/carrier salespeople
Going supplier-direct often means dealing with a one-track minded sales rep. IT Solution Providers have no quotas to fill, so their recommendations are unbiased.
Develop a long-term relationship
Carrier sales reps frequently jump companies, while IT Solution Providers are vested in their own businesses. No more turnover-related hassles.
Gain a trusted advisor
We act as an extension of your team, guiding you with recommendations tailored specifically to your company’s goals.
Acquire greater leverage
The best IT Solution Providers develop strong relationships with the Cloud suppliers and telco carriers, which comes in handy when negotiating contracts or resolving service issues.
Recover lost hours
By outsourcing your Cloud & telecom integration tasks, you regain all those hours you would have spent strategizing, vetting the various providers, and negotiating contracts.
Focus on what you do best
Let us take care of the rest. You’ll be much more effective at what you already do. Adding another expert to your team will increase your peace of mind.

Services Overview

Telecom and Carrier Services

Technology advances are accelerating the integration of the communications and IT worlds into a cohesive, inseparable business catalyst. With so many options, the method by which busy executives strategize, source, implement, and maintain their carrier services is more important than ever before.

Data Center and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an instant computing infrastructure, provisioned and managed over the internet. IaaS quickly scales up and down with demand, letting you pay only for what you use. It helps you avoid the capital expense and complexity of buying and managing your own physical servers and other datacenter infrastructure. Each resource is offered as a separate service component, and you only need to rent a particular one for as long as you need it. In addition to virtual servers, some vendors also offer physical servers as options within their IaaS. This is often needed for applications and databases that are more resource intensive or legacy applications that do not run well on virtual servers.

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas)

Unified Communications is the integration of communication services such as instant messaging (chat), presence, voice, mobility (twinning/mobile app), audio, web & video conferencing, desktop sharing, data sharing/collaboration, call control and speech recognition with non-real-time communication services, such as unified messaging (integrated voicemail, e-mail, SMS and fax). UC is not a single product, but a set of products providing a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple devices.

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) is a cloud-based customer experience solution that allows companies to utilize a contact center provider’s software. A CCaaS model allows businesses to purchase only the technology they need, reducing the need for internal IT support.

Internet of Things (IoT)

The Internet of Things – also referred to as IoT, is a network of interconnected devices capable of collecting and exchanging data. This model boasts interconnected devices designed to sense, collect, and send data to a repository over the internet, and can in turn be accessed by other internet capable devices. The evolution and convergence of IoT technology typically eliminate the need for repetitive tasks via automation without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

Colocation

A colocation center (also spelled co-location, or colo) or “carrier hotel,” is a data center facility in which a business can rent space for servers and other computing hardware. Many colocation providers sell to a wide range of customers, ranging from large enterprises to small companies. Typically, a colo provides the building, cooling, power, bandwidth, and physical security while the customer provides servers and storage. Customers retain control over the design and usage of their equipment, but daily management of the data center and facility is overseen by the multi-tenant colocation provider.
